The Center & Stone project in Quincy, MA, involved the renovation of a historic Masonic Temple and the addition of a 66-unit building, as well as the construction of a new 135-unit building and garage. Our team led the design, fabrication, and installation of signage at both sites, with a focus on capturing and expressing the property’s unique brand identity throughout.

Inspired by the significance of the granite quarrying industry in Quincy’s past, we adopted a stone motif for the signage design as an homage to the city’s history. Using high-resolution photographs of the actual stone materials used in the buildings, we developed custom background patterns that were printed onto the interior signs, reinforcing the connection between the signage and its architectural context.

For the exterior signage, we implemented a range of specialty branding solutions, including vinyl graphics, blade signage, and illuminated dimensional letters and logos. These elements enhance visibility while strengthening the brand identity across the development.
